Surgery for loosened double eyelids, asymmetry, and raising the line

This would be a revision surgery, and I feel like I’ll need to redo everything overall, so I’m studying up on it~~~ Since my first surgery was done with the buried-suture method, I’m aware that my double eyelids have loosened, but can the line also get lower over time..?? I’m curious whether the line became lower after the swelling went down because the design was set low from the start, or whether this is a drawback of the buried-suture method ㅠ So for this surgery, I’m thinking of making sure to get it done at a place that’s good at incisional double-eyelid surgery, but many people say to avoid large hospitals, so I’m looking at places like IQ, Caramel, and Classy~!~~ Are all of them good places for incisional double-eyelid surgery ㅠㅠ?
