I got a consultation because my hump was severe. Maybe because the doctor is an ENT specialist, they checked inside my nose and also checked the functional aspects. We consulted together while looking at the CT, and rather than making it glamorous or giving a big change, they recommended shaving only the severe hump and raising only the nasal tip without an implant. If you like a glamorous look or expect a big change, it may not be a good fit. They tend to assess it naturally, in harmony with the face.
