8 months ago, I had my dorsal hump filed down and only had osteotomy; I didn’t do anything to the nasal tip or any other manipulation. I was going to have revision surgery, but I just got the bumpy hump area filed down. The doctor said it was a simple thing that wouldn’t even take 10 minutes, so I thought that was that, but they called it simple, and it was just like regular surgery. I fasted, had all my nose hair trimmed, and had sedation anesthesia. The pain was also less than when I had the osteotomy, and there was no bleeding at all, so I actually found it surprising. But they didn’t prescribe antibiotics. Maybe because it was an after-service treatment, it somehow felt like they were being careless. The clinic atmosphere is usually a bit indifferent, though.. Would it be okay if I don’t take antibiotics separately?? The clinic said to just take a painkiller or so if it hurts..
