Liposuction Reviews

2-week review after finally settling my upper arm fat with liposuction after a year of deliberation

2-week review after finally settling my upper arm fat with liposuction after a year of deliberation lol First of all, even with exercise, Pilates, and dieting, my upper arm fat never came off. A while ago, my boyfriend saw me in a sleeveless top and said, "Your upper arms are a bit thick, aren't they?" I still haven't forgotten it years later lol It really stung. Last year I also tried fat-dissolving injections, but I didn't notice any effect and they just hurt, so this summer I decided to just get things properly sorted out and had liposuction. I was really scared of surgery, so I researched a lot, and for aftercare I had it done in Daegu, close to home. The pain was more stiff on days 3 to 4 than on the first day, and since I tend to swell and bruise a bit, the blood bruise also came down toward the lower area. It's exactly 2 weeks now and I've already had the stitches removed. Even though there's still swelling, I can see that the volume spreading out to the sides of my arms has decreased and the line is falling straighter, so I'm satisfied >< If you're someone who's been endlessly debating between fat-dissolving injections, Rames, and liposuction like I was, honestly I think I would've saved myself all that back-and-forth and just gone straight for liposuction lol From now on I'm planning to do aftercare properly while dieting too and try to reduce the swelling fully! I'll come back with another review once a month has passed and the line is more defined.
