<This was under my chin, maybe when it had been just over a week?? I was resting my chin on my hand out of habit and got bruised.. From the next day, I paid so much attention to it, and after 2-3 days it disappeared> A lot of my acquaintances use this community too, so I’m a bit hesitant to upload photos, so I’ll skip them ㅠㅠ Still, they give more points than I expected if you post a review, so I’m posting one I had liposuction on my side cheeks and double chin, along with muscle tying During weeks 1-2, I thought time was passing painfully slowly But these days I feel like I’m recovering pretty well Right after surgery-week 1 It didn’t hurt as much as I expected (I’m not saying it didn’t hurt at all. I mean compared to what I expected) It’s a bit hard to describe the pain in writing It feels slightly numb and tingly When I move my head side to side, the area under my chin feels heavy But when I look in the mirror, there isn’t much chin fat?? It’s fascinating And when I press firmly with my fingers It feels like it isn’t my own skin, so I wondered if this is what people call scar tissue/induration Week 2-week 3 I think the swelling and bruising were all gone before week 2 But like in the photo I uploaded, I unknowingly rested my chin on my hand So I got bruised like that......... I saw it at night and wondered if I should ask the hospital about it??? But laziness beat anxiety I just left it alone, and it still disappeared At first the bruise was kind of bluish, then gradually faded yellow I still felt some lumpiness then, so I tried to stretch by turning my head But the hospital told me not to tilt my head backward, so I held back.... I asked the consultant at the hospital where I had surgery, and they said I need to wear the compression band often For better surgical results and for the lumpiness to improve So from then on, even though it was annoying, I kept wearing it Week 3-now It still feels like it isn’t my own skin when I touch it with my hand But that area does feel like it has gotten smaller The hospital also said before surgery that I should wait until 6 months after surgery to judge the result So since I’m still only a tiny one-month newbie, I’m thinking I need to wait a bit longer.... Still, maybe because I did muscle tying together with liposuction, I think the effect is better When do I feel it the most? When I smile, my side cheeks used to spread out to both sides But now they don’t. That’s the part I’m most satisfied with I’ll have to keep watching it going forward But even just getting rid of the double chin makes me satisfiedㅎ I just hope it stays maintained well without sagging.....
