Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

It’s been over 3 months since my AB eye revision surgery, and my eyes look more open now!

Even though I had surgery once before, the parts I was unhappy with didn’t improve, so I ended up getting revision eye surgery! I wanted dramatic-looking eyes, and since I hadn’t had any canthoplasty the first time, I got medial canthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty all at once! What I realized after this revision eye surgery is that canthoplasty seems to have a surprisingly big effect when it comes to the dramatic eye shape I wanted! After opening both the front and the outer/lower corners, my eyes definitely look more open and larger. I also changed the line from an inline crease to an in-out line, and the in-out line really does suit my face betterㅠㅠ haha I’m sure everyone is curious about swelling too. During the first week, there was a little swelling, and since I also had canthoplasty, there was quite a bit of bruising too. From week 2, I could feel a lot of the swelling going down, and by weeks 3-4, the major swelling and bruising had settled! Once the swelling settled, I also felt like my eyes matched my face better~ Now that I’m at the 3-month mark, I think I can say I’ve almost fully recovered! They settled beautifully, my double eyelids are clearly visible, and my eyes got bigger! I’m happy because everything I wanted was included! Since my eyes became bigger to begin with, I feel like I’ve gained more confidence in my eyes even when I don’t wear heavy makeup and go out bare-faced. I don’t even want to think about my eyes before surgery anymore, and I’m going to keep styling myself well with my prettier eyes!
