I finally got rhinoplasty for the nose that was my complex My self-esteem had been dropping a bit, and I happened to have about a month off while changing jobs, so what started as “maybe I’ll just go for a consultation~” turned into booking a date on the spot because I really liked the consultation, and I had surgery at D-Day!! Before surgery... lol as you can tell from the photos, I barely had a nasal bridge, my nasal tip was blunt, and my nostrils were wide, so whenever I used Photoshop, I always fixed my nose first. I really, really hated how the nasal alae spread when I smiled and from the side, the slight hump bothered me so much I’d heard a lot that surgery is tricky when you have both a bulbous nose and a hump, so I was worried whether it would turn out well in a case like mine with both, but now it looks defined even from the front, and the side profile looks clean with no hump at all! The face definitely feels more refined now that my nose is prettier? The whole vibe changed, and I think my overall impression looks much cleaner. They used septal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the bridge, and even though some time has passed, the tip hasn’t dropped and is holding well, and the bridge seems to have settled smoothly without any unevenness lol The front view of the nose can be covered to some extent with makeup, but the hump showed as it was from the side, so I always had to edit it with an app But now there’s none of that hassle, and photos just come out well as they are lol I can’t believe my quality of life went up this much… lol I’m glad I got rhinoplasty lol
