<After my ambitious first nose surgery failed><Revision rhinoplasty done>I completely messed up my first surgery and paid almost double to finish my revision rhinoplasty lol.... I could have been done with the first surgery, but I ended up taking the long way around.. I feel like the headache is a bit better now… I’m writing this review hoping everyone won’t go through what I did During my first surgery, I only had silicone and hump osteotomy, you know? In my mind, I didn’t use a lot of materials and I didn’t go for an overly dramatic look, so I thought I wouldn’t have problems like inflammation….. but the problem was that there was almost no change lol Even after getting my nose done, it still looked the same to people around me and to my own eyes I still don’t understand why it looked even stranger even though silicone was used Still, since I paid for it, I thought about just putting up with it, but I got a revision because it stressed me out so much every time I looked in the mirror Honestly, when I went for revision surgery consultations, the price had gone up so much compared with when I had my first surgery that I was really flustered, but after going to a few more places, I realized revision prices themselves had gone up..ㅜ Since I had to pay anyway, I thought it would be better to go somewhere that would check autologous costal cartilage properly with an X-ray and show me a preview image of the surgical result, so I ended up going with the place where I had the surgery But personally, what I felt was 1. Even for a revision, the recovery period is seriously awful.... During this period, every little thing bothered me, and even picking my nose made me extremely cautious... 2. Autologous costal cartilage hurts more than I expected;; it ended after about 3 days, but right afterward, it was hard to get up from lying down, so I had to hold onto something to get up 3. It was implant-free, but strangely it’s prettier than when I had silicone in Why is that? I don’t know if it’s a difference in skill or if silicone just didn’t suit me, but even when there was swelling, the nasal bridge looked pretty, so I liked it 4. The columella line is amazing Everyone, don’t just discuss the nasal bridge and nasal tip shape with the director, make sure to consider the columella and the nasolabial angle too I didn’t even manage to check those myself, but maybe the director is a perfectionist;; Fortunately, before I even asked, they pointed all of that out and explained it to me The swelling is still continuing to go down, so I’m keeping an eye on it, and right now, by my standards, it has a refined yet natural? feel, so I hope it settles a bit more naturally, but my friends around me say my nostrils don’t show much either and that my current nose suits me well, so I’m satisfied..ㅎ So everyone, please succeed with your first surgery.... Revision surgery really feels like the biggest idiot tax of my life..ha
