I had 3 facial contouring procedures 7 years ago, and for the chin I had advancement genioplasty for a retruded chin. I remember that at the time it was considered one of the top places for facial contouring. I am still doing well, and it was known for operating without cheek hollowing. I still do not have any. There is no sagging either, and nothing in particular that I would call a side effect. At the time, an overly tapered jaw was popular, with people calling it a doll-like line, but thankfully mine is not overly tapered at all. I do want to remove the fixation pins. Even if I went back, I would have done it here.
