After consulting with Dr. Kim Hyunjo, he said lower blepharoplasty would be appropriate, and he did not recommend additional procedures such as fat grafting, so I trusted him. I also thought the cost was reasonable compared with other hospitals. The procedure was done meticulously, and aside from swelling, there was almost no pain. Now, about two months later, the scar is still there and my skin has not completely returned to normal. I was told that hardness under the eyes can remain for up to 6 months after surgery, so I am waiting for time to pass. The heavy feeling under my eyes from before has improved a lot, so I am very satisfied.
