This is a bit of a ridiculous question.. After nose surgery, can you still easily put a finger into your nostril? I used to be able to put my index finger into my nostril easily.. But after nose surgery, only my pinky finger goes in a little haha Originally, a few places suggested alar base reduction.. But at the hospital where I had surgery, they told me not to do alar base reduction because... it would make it hard to breathe... They said my nostrils are not big.... Rather, compared with other people, I have more flesh on my nasal alae, so my nose looks spread out... and told me not to do it.. If I had done alar base reduction, it could have been a serious problem.. Even when I look at my nostrils, the size has definitely become smaller.... Strangely, because I have a lot of flesh on the nasal tip/alar area, my nostrils look relatively even smaller.. If I had done alar base reduction, it really could have been a problem;;;
