I've been very interested in fat grafting lately, so I persuaded my husband and decided to have the surgery. I want to have fat grafting around my nasolabial folds, forehead, and the sides of my nose, hoping it will make my face look smaller overall and give me a somewhat younger-looking effect. Now it's time to look for clinics, so please let me know clinics that are famous for fat grafting. Especially, I would appreciate messages or comments from people who have experience with fat grafting. After surgery, does the surgical effect remain even after several months? If there is no effect, do they perform the second session for free? And how much does it usually cost up to the second session? Also, how much does the face swell after fat grafting? I'm worried it might swell severely. I hope people around me won't notice^^
