I currently have straight silicone inserted long all the way to the nasal tip. No cartilage was used for the nasal tip xx I'm planning revision surgery, and since my nose skin is on the thick and heavy side, they recommended costal cartilage But I really don't like results that look too obvious or artificial. Can an autologous costal cartilage graft still create a natural-looking line?? I need this revision to succeed, please~~

이인최 Yeah, I also wanted a natural-looking nose, and I had my nose done using autologous costal cartilage at ㅍㄴㅅ, but it still didn't end up too high. Honestly, for the nose shape, I think how the surgeon designs it matters more than the material.
나가는중 Places that do natural-looking noses with costal cartilage do them naturally well, as long as you're not trying to make it excessively high, yeah. I also wanted it to look natural, and when I had it done at 정원, I used autologous costal cartilage, and the nasal tip came out naturally without an artificial look.
코코냣 Using costal cartilage doesn't automatically mean it'll look unnatural. Costal cartilage can look natural too lol
