The clinic atmosphere is comfortable and the staff are kind. The director seemed proud of their work, but they weren’t the type to actively explain things; they only answered when asked. I wasn’t sure about the consultation’s expertise... I wish they had pointed out things that ordinary people wouldn’t catch, but it was all just vague talk like it’ll turn out well, it’ll be about this much. I don’t know the outcome yet, but it seems to have improved.
