When I went for the consultation, they even had something like a welcome kit, so I was touched. Both the consultant and the director were kind, and I think I asked a lot of questions, but they explained everything well for a long time. But something felt a little off because at other clinics they said I didn’t have to do it if I didn’t want to, while here they said I absolutely had to do it.
