The doctors are kind and explain things well,
but among the managers, the short one named Yang*ㅇ was in charge of me. I visited the hospital for a consultation, but I couldn’t feel even basic kindness from the consultation manager’s attitude, and from beginning to end, she consistently spoke and looked as if she was annoyed. Every time I asked a question, she answered perfunctorily and without sincerity, which was very unpleasant. I trusted the doctor and had the surgery, but after surgery, I had side effects and pain, so I contacted them because I was worried. The manager’s response, basically “can’t you even put up with it for a day or two,” was really hurtful. From a patient’s standpoint, it was a worrying and anxious situation, but there was no empathy or consideration at all, and I was so disappointed by the irresponsible way she responded.
When choosing a hospital, I think the consultation process is as important as the doctor’s skill. I don’t want to visit this hospital again because it lacks a sincere attitude toward patients.
