That’s what happened to me. From the front, I originally had a nasal bridge (if anything, my bridge was high enough that it looked like I had silicone in it), but after nasal tip surgery, my nasal bridge actually looks lower and broader. Has anyone had this happen after only nasal tip surgery? My nasal tip also looks pinched and upturned, so I’m currently debating whether I should have the nasal tip material removed or have revision surgery. I didn’t even touch the nasal bridge, but it looks like this, so it’s really hard.
