I’m three months post-op from non-incisional ptosis correction! At first after surgery, my eye condition changed every single day, and the thickness of my double eyelids seemed to change little by little too, so whenever I had a spare moment, I kept taking photos and checking. But from some point on, they looked almost settled when I saw them in person, and there was hardly any change, so I stopped taking separate photos. After a long time, I took photos where the double eyelid line is clearly visible to compare with the early stage, and the line thickness has barely changed, but compared to the beginning, it blends with my eyes so much more naturally, and I feel like the double eyelid shape has gotten prettier. Maybe it’s because the slight remaining swelling went down? As time passed, it subtly became more natural! And before surgery, the director told me that if we set it as an outline crease, because of my original eye shape, the front part of the double eyelid might come out slightly differently, but even when I check with a regular camera, I can’t really tell that it came out differently. From the inner front to the outer tail, the line came out exactly like the line the director designed before surgery, so I’m really happy with it!! Even though it’s an outline crease, it looks natural with no heaviness at all, and it doesn’t have that particular old-fashioned-looking eye shape feeling at all! When an outline crease is set too high, it often ends up looking like sausage eyes or makes the eye shape look really outdated! I think Miho is really good at creating pretty outline creases! And before surgery, there were areas that folded like slight residual creases? They weren’t double eyelids, but those wrinkled parts completely disappeared during the surgery, so I feel like my eyes look very clean and neat, with no unnecessary folds. I really love the shape of my eyes now. At around three months, can I consider these my eyes now?
