In the photos, the first row is before surgery, the second row is from the left: week 1 and month 1, and the third row is month 2, month 3, and month 4!! I had double-jaw surgery and facial contouring surgery together more than 4 months ago ^ㅁ^! I had malocclusion where my upper and lower teeth met edge-to-edge, plus my cheekbones protruded and my face was large, so I ended up getting surgery~ When I look at old photos... my side profile was completely straight...ㅠㅠ Anyway, as for the surgical result now, I think it looks okay! People around me say so too, but I wasn’t sure how complete strangers who don’t know me would see it, so I brought a review here haha I don’t think there was anything particularly unusual during my recovery process after surgery. Like other people, I had a hard time breathing for a few days after surgery... Ah, there was one unusual thing! I remembered while writing this lol I was supposed to remove the wafer a little after 1 month... but they said tooth movement would take a bit longer, so the wafer-wearing period was extended..-ㅁ-;; So I removed it just before reaching 2 monthsㅠ_ㅠ From the one-month mark, a lot of the swelling went down and my facial contours started to show, and around two months, eating became a bit easier too~ For orthodontics, I started with the upper teeth first, and now I’ve started lower-jaw orthodontics too, so I’m doing both together! As time passes, a lot of sensation is coming back, and since I’ve started orthodontics on both the upper and lower teeth... now time is the medicine haha
