On the consultation day, I immediately scheduled the date for 2 weeks later, and because I was debating about implants, I had one more consultation with the consultant in between. I debated about the implant until the day of surgery and then decided on Motiva. Fast recovery was important to me, and since I often wear sleeveless tops, I had the surgery through an inframammary incision. I have a pigeon chest, so they recommended hybrid surgery, but they said it would also be possible to see the progress later and add autologous fat grafting, so I didn’t do hybrid. Since I have a bit of hip volume and I’m on the taller side, I thought it would be okay to go large, and the director recommended 340 and 360 cc, saying they expected a full C to D cup, so I had surgery exactly like that. When I went into the operating room, taking off the gown and lying on the operating table was scary and made me nervous, so my body was shaking a lot. The operating room staff held my hand and covered me with a blanket because they said my feet were very cold. Even though everyone was busy preparing for surgery, they spoke to me comfortably and calmed me down, so I was able to receive the surgery with peace of mind haha When I woke up after surgery, I didn’t have any feeling like a sore throat or dizziness at all. I kept feeling sleepy, but I tried really hard to take deep breaths! Since a large implant was put into a chest that had basically had no breasts, there was some breast pain, so I told them it hurt, and they gave me an injection right away. I took a taxi home, and since my stomach was empty, I ate porridge and drank soy milk. Then I took my medicine with a Taxen right away, and the pain definitely went away. Sleeping flat on my back and things like that were okay! I slowly followed the stretching exercises the hospital taught me, ate well to recover, and depending on my condition, I also went for walks haha. As long as I took my medicine well, rested well, and didn’t overdo it, it was okay. Still, for about a week, as the breast tissue stretched, there was naturally some discomfort, like a pulling feeling. I diligently applied stretch mark lotion morning and night! My skin is on the firm side, and since I really had very little breast tissue, the stretching discomfort might have been more than other people haha On day 7, when I got the stitches removed, the nurse said my swelling had gone down less than other people’s. I was supposed to avoid spicy or irritating foods, but I just ate everything I wanted, so maybe that’s why Now I’m even managing my diet! For the surgery price, please inquire with the hospital
