Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Should I just get revision surgery instead?ㅜㅜ

I already missed the timing for removal, so even if I take it out after 6 months, it won’t really go back much to my original nose (and mine is septal extension).   I keep thinking, should I just get revision surgery?ㅜ Also, after removal it would be extremely hard, but actually even after surgery now,   when my nose gets bigger in the morning because of scar tissue, it’s so, so painfulㅜㅜ   I had septal extension. What do you think about doing L-shaped silicone after 1 year?   Since it’s come to this, should I just keep maintaining my nose all the time: in my late 20s do L-shaped silicone, if it seems like the L-shaped implant will break through, in my 30s do silicone with ear cartilage,   and if that becomes a problem, in my 40s give up on my appearance, take everything out, and live like that whether I look ugly or not?ㅜㅜ I really want to give up on lifeㅠ   Would it be crazy to take out and throw away the septal strut? When I look at celebrities’ pretty noses, most of them seem to be L-shaped siliconeㅜㅜ   I should have researched properly before surgery.... The “Im Soo-jung nose” (Im Soo-jung is pretty in other areas; it’s not that her nose itself is pretty)   looks like a shape with a septal strut inserted, and it’s really not pretty. My nose design is kind of like thatㅠㅠ   From the side, it’s obvious. (I didn’t include side-view photos.)   They say the front view is most important, but when the side profile is this awkward, it’s really stressful.   Of course, I don’t like the front eitherㅠ It droops down like a beakㅜ I can’t show my whole face photo (because I’m not prettyㅋㅋ)   Anyway, that’s how it is... It’s not like Lee Min-jung’s nose, where the columella droops downward and prettily covers the nostrils; my nostril shape is triangular,   but the columella comes out bluntly in a U-shape and then stops, so the shape is a bit unusual... Maybe because my alar cartilage originally wasn’t developed   and my nose was spread out, this is probably the most they could make a columella. Thick silicone was inserted all the way to the nasal tip too.   These are my before and after surgery photos. They were taken before, so now the nasal ala from the front has gotten a little smaller.   Just looking at the nose shape, it’s not a botched surgery.. But because the nose got too big for my face, I can see only my nose,   and the balance is brokenㅜ My eyes aren’t big. But should I have to touch my eyes too because of my nose?ㅜㅜ   My eyes aren’t the type that would benefit from double eyelid surgery eitherㅜㅜ And now I’m sick of plastic surgery.. sick of it...     Right now only the nose is cropped, so it doesn’t show, but in full-face photos I changed a lotㅠ   A slightly masculine-looking feel? My nose got really big...    As you can tell from my original nose shape, if I remove the strut, there’s a high chance it will turn up, right? My nose was originally short,   so it also shouldn’t become shorter.. Plus I put 4 mm in the nasal tip...(my nostrils must have changed a lot, rightㅜㅜ)   Originally, my side profile was also slightly upturned, so if it turns up more from there, it would really look like a pig noseㅜㅜ   It wasn’t a really pretty nose, but I could have just lived with it. It feels like I’m being punished so badly.   Now that I’ve used a strut once, they say that to make it similar to my original nose, I’d have to put cartilage inside again and shape it (this wouldn’t be soft, right...)   They say if I only remove it, the operated nose and original nose will be subtly mixed together..   I don’t think a nose where the nostrils show a little is necessarily bad. Sometimes that can be a person’s individuality,   and can look cute.... I didn’t have any dissatisfaction with my nostrils showing. I just wanted to fix the nasal ala because it was a little blunt,   but the doctor went and corrected my upturned nose, so my impression changed so muchㅜㅜ and the nasal ala didn’t even get that much thinner....   My friends say I did become more refined after nose surgery,   but I feel like I completely lost all my individualityㅜ and by my own hands..   Honestly, after getting my nose done I did become more sensible, reflected a lot on my past greed, and as a person   I do feel like I matured, but what do I do about my nose... I don’t even like it, and trying to live while tolerating the foreign-body sensation is driving me crazyㅜ   I think I was really too rash and ignorant. I should have done it with the safest method possible...   They say even with L-shaped silicone, ear cartilage, or just cartilage tying, it almost returns more than 95%, but a strut is just....   Even when I look into consultations at other hospitals, they say they won’t know whether the strut can be removed until they open it up,   and if there isn’t enough support, they may have to leave some of the strut.... Plus, even if they remove the strut and shape it with something like ear cartilage,   that can also droop someday, right....   I didn’t even have a severe upturned nose, so I regret using a strut so, so much.ㅜㅜ   When I think of my family, I should just endure it and live, but the stress is so extremely severe that I’m going crazyㅜ
