In Director Moon's case, he did not recommend liposuction for the inner thighs and front abdomen because there is no fat there, and removing it could actually make the area become uneven.
At first, I judged this as him not making excessive recommendations and diagnosing well, but later, during consultations at other hospitals, they said liposuction of the front abdomen and inner thighs was also possible... so I started getting confused whether it was because he wasn't confident about removing fat well from those areas.
