Since this is my second revision rhinoplasty, I’m considering autologous costal cartilage, and I’m looking for a clinic that’s good at improving a short columella while making the nasal tip look rounded and cute! For now, I’ve already had consultations at Chamin and Last, and I’m also additionally looking into And and RU haha. If there are any other places you’d recommend, please recommend as many as you like! I’ll attach photos of the nose line I prefer~

추추추잉껌 If it’s a second revision, does that mean it’s your 3rd surgery? If it’s a short nose, I do think you’ll need to use autologous costal cartilage. I heard Chamin is good at difficult surgeries, so I looked up reviews too. I’m also considering removal, and I’m still debating whether it might be better to try revision surgery onceㅜ How was the consultation?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
