Since this is my second revision rhinoplasty, I’m considering autologous costal cartilage, and I’m looking for a clinic that’s good at improving a short columella while making the nasal tip look rounded and cute! For now, I’ve already had consultations at Chamin and Last, and I’m also additionally looking into And and RU haha. If there are any other places you’d recommend, please recommend as many as you like! I’ll attach photos of the nose line I prefer~
