I had nasolabial fold implants removed. The director consults half-heartedly, but becomes a bit kinder once you decide to have surgery. The consultant and staff are subtly unfriendly. Even when I asked questions, they seemed annoyed, and before signing the surgical consent form, while I was reading the contents, I felt like they found it bothersome. Since it was removal surgery, I had it done simply, but sensation in the right side of my lip still has not returned.
