[Before Breast Surgery] Know how to get surgery done well before you go

I’m posting this because I only see things like “My result came out great~” There are implants that suit you depending on your skin/tissue quality and body type (I’m saying don’t just follow trends~ But if you yourself want it, then you do it) There is also a surgical method that suits you ✔︎Things to check during consultation with the doctor (do not confuse this with the consultant) If there was even one objectively valid difference of opinion during the consultation (not based on your own judgment like “this much should be fine~”; don’t rely on only your own judgment) I hope you follow the method the doctor recommends as much as possible If you are very assertive and the doctor answers, “Yes, we’ll proceed that way”... It means the doctor tried to convince you that it was excessive and carried high risk, but because the patient insisted so strongly, they are respecting that choice Since each person has different standards for what counts as a glamorous style or a natural style in the first place, if you get surgery with only a vague thought like “I want breast surgery,” there are really many cases where you become dissatisfied, thinking, “This isn’t what I had in mind..” --------------------------  ------------------------  ------------------------  ------------------------  [Consultation-hopping TIP] ✯ My breast consultation is with the doctor ✯ (the final decision-maker, including aftercare)  / Implant selection and price consultation are with the consultant (they can only handle minor procedures) 1. Bring at least 5 photos that accurately show the shape, design, and size you are aiming for (capture as much as possible of the details you care about, such as the front, side, and how the breast falls)   - The more similar the photos you bring are to your own body type, the better   - My weight is 55 kg, the model in the photo I brought is roughly 40-45 kg, and I want that kind of breast fit after surgery = I need to lose weight first 2. When proceeding with surgery, ask in terms of probability how likely it is that the breast shape you want can be achieved according to your body type and tissue quality 3. When surgery goes wrong, they use the word revision surgery, but they do not mention the cost (it usually occurs)   So it is good to ask them to suggest a plan to prevent bottoming out or other risks (there may be a cost for bottoming-out surgery) 4. Memorize that in the case of scar laser treatment, recovery speed varies greatly depending on skin/tissue quality. For keloids, discuss injection costs with the director (including the treatment period) 5. What you need to look at carefully regarding the “free A/S” wording is that it applies when there is a problem with the implant = it means free replacement may be possible through the implant manufacturer if the implant ruptures or if there is an implant safety issue (components: carcinogenic substances) -> only the implant is replaced for free, and surgical labor costs for revision surgery may be charged separately 6. Check aftercare carefully with the consultant. One year of care is too short, and it will not be solved with just a few scar injections; after that, you need to pay additional costs (be aware) 7. Before going into the clinic, say three times: nothing can be 100% satisfying, and it is a choice between two trade-offs 8. Human breasts are naturally uneven, like nostrils and faces are asymmetric.. The difference is how uneven the breasts are, and after surgery the breasts are enlarged, so it looks more noticeable (be aware!!)   So! For uneven breasts, they correct the larger and smaller sides, and you choose whether to overcorrect or undercorrect   (ONLY your choice, and you will definitely have regrets depending on that choice. If you go bigger, you’ll regret that it’s too big; if you go smaller, you’ll regret that it’s too small) 9. Rather than only thinking about the good appearance after breast surgery, also think about the uncomfortable and negative aspects caused by your breasts (meaning, decide carefully) [Examples] - If you wear an oversized T-shirt, you instantly look like a hockey player in build (excluding very skinny people) - If you wear a shirt, the buttons at the chest will not close, so you have to wear a larger size - Situations where you have to wear shirts that gape open at the chest - It is tiring because you have to worry about buttons that might pop off at any time - When buying clothes, you like something but give it up because the size does not fit (be careful when choosing cc) 10. Think about what is more important in your own life 11. Do not be tempted by clinic event prices - there is a price to pay for that (nothing in the world is free)   If you like writing posts and do not find writing reviews bothersome, I recommend it. The cost difference is quite large 12. There are different types of implants to choose from, but the one I recommend least is ... high type.. (two bowls of rice) 13. The softest feel is the smooth type = the implant has a lot of extra space? It just obviously looks floppy at a glance, and somehow looks like it lacks volume 14. If you are pursuing naturalness, I recommend considering the type while taking your ribcage circumference and thickness into account 15. There may be a cc amount that is ideal for you, but choose carefully..  - I had surgery in 2022, and Motiva had the best feel, but I didn’t do it. No, I couldn’t.. (actually good, I saved money - mental victory)   The reason was that the cc sizes came out differently for each implant, and to best suit correction of my breast asymmetry and the look I was pursuing, I had to give it up   Even with only a 50 cc difference, depending on the cc amount, it can look excessive or insufficient, so the satisfaction level is definitely different ------------------------------- Before surgery, I forced myself to choose one, like a balance game + did not bargain with the doctor, and found what I wanted with the mindset that I trust the doctor. So now I am very satisfied with my breasts.  The doctor was satisfied after the surgery too lololol **The review I posted because of the event discount got a lot of views.. (It’s over now, so I’m not doing it anymore)** So, don’t just follow hearsay rumors; find the look each of you is pursuing.. And then consult with the director about whether your styles match (personally, consultation with the consultant is not important..) “I accurately communicated to the director what I am pursuing, and did the director understand it?” I think this is the key Before surgery, what kind of breasts do I want? Definitely full and voluminous vs enough that people think “maybe she had it done?” vs natural enough that even touching them would not reveal it 1. Breasts that satisfy me vs breasts that satisfy my boyfriend 2. Shape maintained at all times  vs at least somewhat spreading when lying down 3. Using a cheap event price vs expensive but less bothersome 4. Aftercare done at the clinic vs going to a scar specialty clinic etc., etc. [You must recognize what you are pursuing and how much surgical risk you can handle]  Common cases around me - Cause: Choosing implants that completely fill the width of one’s chest or choosing implants without concern for one’s body size, obsessing over the maximum cc that can be inserted  - Example: chest circumference 65-70, doctor’s maximum recommended cc 275 cc, patient’s desired cc: 350 cc - Result: the breasts could not withstand the implant weight, leading to implant bottoming out (even with transaxillary surgery, the surgical method involves dissecting the breast pocket, so if bottoming out occurs, they lift and suture the implant through an inframammary incision)           Skin became thinner due to excessive implant insertion (looks tight/hard) + implant can be felt + implant is visible when shone with a flashlight - Had revision surgery: changed to smaller cc, and the implant replacement cost even more. But although it was disappointing that they became smaller, they became more natural, and they said satisfaction was greater Everyone probably has their own idea of ideal breasts, so I hope you all get pretty breasts hehe For breast surgery, I recommend doing it as soon as possible!
