It’s been over 10 years since I had double-eyelid surgery with an incisional method, and I had been living all this time not being very satisfied with it. I always wanted to do it again, but finding exactly the clinic I wanted wasn’t easy, and just thinking about researching it felt overwhelming.. A long time ago, I had it done at a plastic surgery clinic with many directors, so I was firm in my thought that for revision surgery, I must do it at a clinic with a single director. I was thinking of doing it around the end of this year, so I went just to get a consultation, and the first clinic I visited was Gangnam HN Plastic Surgery. On the consultation appointment day, I waited about 30 minutes, and the consultation went in the order of consultant - director - consultant. As soon as I said, “I don’t like this, so I want revision surgery,” the director said, “That eye shape came about because the surgery back then was done like this!” Then he very clearly told me that to make eyes that suit me and are what I want, it would be good to redo them from scratch using this and that method. (So refreshing) [Incision + ptosis correction (revision surgery), lateral and lower canthoplasty] The consultation itself was very satisfying, but it’s surgery after 10 years, so I thought I should visit a few more places and didn’t make a same-day surgery appointment. The consultant in charge also said, since it was my first consultation, I should look around more, and didn’t pressure me. I said I’d consult a few places, but I kept thinking, “If I just do it here, I think it’ll succeed?” so the next day I booked the surgery right away. And I was planning to have surgery after October, but I wanted to do it quickly, so I booked it for the end of May.. And surgery completed -!
