I had double eyelid surgery in my early 20s, but the surgery left only one eye looking sunken. I put up with it for a while, but I couldn’t anymore, so I had only that one side redone. The other side had turned out nicely. At the time, when I visited several clinics, some said they wouldn’t do only one side, while others said they would. Now, a few years after having it done, I think I should have just done both sides. Because the eyes gradually start to droop ㅠ If anyone is debating this, I recommend doing both sides.
