There is no overtreatment at all, and they tend to give realistic and conservative advice. They also seem to respect the patient's opinion. However, they said that if I do it without implants, the height cannot be raised much, so I'm not sure whether a nose shape I'll be satisfied with will come out. I liked the point that they don't use nasal cotton. They said the price is the same whether silicone is inserted into the nasal bridge or not. There are no event discounts or anything like that at all, so in my case, since I don't want silicone, it feels like a loss..
