Also, while other hospitals first said that because it was revision surgery, the result might not be good, this clinic confidently told me not to worry about the result, so I felt relieved. It is a hospital known for nose revision surgery, and the director has a lot of experience with revision surgery, so I felt reassured. This nose surgery was done according to my needs, and although I had undergone surgery several times before, I was most satisfied with this result! For the stepped nasal bridge, instead of necessarily doing hump osteotomy, they used a 3D custom implant to smoothly eliminate the step-off, and using donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage, they raised my nasal tip to the height I wanted and lowered the columella as well. Even though I had several surgeries, I was worried about the drooping nasal tip, but the director explained that he would fix it in four layers, so I feel like it will be fixed stably, which is good... I also had functional nose surgery because I had nasal obstruction, and I’m happy that it has improved. I wanted a curved shape, but it had always ended up as a straight nose, so honestly I didn’t expect much, but this time it improved exactly as I wanted, with a curved design and harmonious lines, and functionally it improved excellently as well. The recovery process after surgery was also smoother than expected, and since this was revision surgery I had many worries, but thanks to the hospital’s ongoing management and attentive care, I was able to feel at ease. I’m very satisfied with both before and after surgery!
