Facial Surgery Reviews@face-review

Square jaw + cheekbones, day 11

+ Even now, I find it completely fascinating that I, who had surgery after going in and out of a community and finally causing an incident, am writing a review like this and uploading photos. Keuk~~ + Before surgery..fear + trembling + terror + endless worry..ㅠ Because I live outside Seoul, I slept at lodging the day before thanks to the hospital’s consideration. Since the surgery was scheduled in the afternoon, I stayed up until dawn switching channels and watching TV to last a long time, then fell asleep at 6 a.m. But maybe because I was so worried, I couldn’t sleep deeply and woke up at 9 a.m. after 3 hours. + Surgery at 7 p.m.~ + 3-4 a.m. after surgery. The on-duty nurse gently woke me up.. Did you sleep well? Please get up and exercise^^.. The on-duty nurse who put cool packs on me while I slept and cared for me so kindly and carefully.. thank you.. Walking around inside the hospital while dragging the IV. Couldn’t eat anything. Nauseated. Hard to swallow even one sip of water. Would you like soy milk? asked the nurse.. Usually I really like soy milk, but I didn’t want it at all. Throat hurt. Face wasn’t swollen at all. Eyes wide open. Bloody sputum. Bloody nasal discharge. Cough. Nasal congestion (I caught a cold a week before surgery and suffered from runny nose, cough, phlegm, and nasal congestion, then had surgery when it was almost getting better. Swelling was worst on the second day, and I think because of the cold I swelled more and bruised worse, so it was harder. Important★ Body condition is important) + Day 1 after surgery. (Morning) no swelling at all. Afternoon: bloody sputum. Bloody nasal discharge. Cough. Phlegm. Nasal congestion. Nausea still there. Couldn’t sleep at night. Fever. Body temperature ↑. Headache. Meals for the day? 1 pack of pumpkin juice, 1/4 pumpkin porridge. Dumpling soup broth. (I couldn’t really eat properly, but I had no appetite at all). They said the nausea was severe because of the anesthetic. To reduce the heat sensation in my body a bit, I stood with my face held over lukewarm water and washed my hair. Gargling is important★ + Day 2 after surgery. Swelling at its peak. Swelling rose up to the left eye, making it hard to open the eye. Throat very swollen. Shower. Bruise seemed to appear at the right corner of the mouth. Meal? Pumpkin juice, 1/4 pumpkin porridge. Could barely eat. No appetite either. Exercise (walking): I went out wearing a mask + facial compression band, trying to do at least about 1 hour a day (swelling, go down quickly~!!) + Day 3 after surgery. Swelling still there. Swelling in left eye went down a little. Right side more swollen. Hospital disinfection. Took X-rays and the director compared and explained before-and-after surgery photos. Oh!~ The angle disappeared. After the director said I need to eat well to heal quickly, I went firmly grocery shopping at the mart. Meal? Banana, soy milk, chocolate, yogurt, cheesecake, ice cream, porridge + Day 4 after surgery. Swelling down compared to the day before but still there. Meal? Ate dumpling filling and chopped kalguksu with broth yum yum. Cheonggukjang broth. Cheesecake. No pain at all in the lips and around the mouth, but purple bruising. + Day 5 after surgery. Swelling around both eyes became balanced. Bruising around the mouth gradually worsened~ seems to be spreading (purple + bluish color including lips). Almost the whole neck had yellow bruising (not painful at all, only color). Started brushing with a baby toothbrush (without toothpaste). Both eyes open clearly and comfortably. Seems like swelling is moving down below the eyes. + Day 6 after surgery. No swelling around the eyes. Can open eyes clearly and wide. Started warm compresses. Meal? Soy milk, soft tofu + cheonggukjang broth, ramen for dinner (I was mostly relying on broth, and since I couldn’t eat properly and was still taking medicine, I wanted it so much that I bought cup ramen and let it soften as much as possible, but I couldn’t chew and just swallowed roughly, so of course it wouldn’t digestㅠ.. diarrhea continued until the next day..ㅠ). Whatever I ate or drank, I always brushed my teeth and gargled. Oral cleanliness is important. + Day 7 after surgery. Removed stitches in front of and behind the ears. Disinfection. Bruising (right corner of mouth, under ear, chin, neck still there..) + Day 8 after surgery. Keep consistently exercising for one hour as before!! Meal? Pumpkin soybean paste soup + rice = boiled softly like porridge, soaked and eaten, tomato, peach, iced tea.. I can’t chew well, so as a meat substitute I’m trying to eat a lot of “beef from the fields” = high-protein = beans. + Day 9 after surgery. Ordered detox juice (they say boiling and blending vegetables + fruit gives 90% vitamin intake compared with eating them raw) and started drinking it. Bruising wasn’t coming out easily, so I started applying bruise ointment. After warm compresses, the hard and stiff feeling on the right side decreased + swelling decreased + Day 10 after surgery. Pumpkin soybean paste soup + rice = boiled like porridge, soaked and eaten. + Day 11 after surgery. Curry + rice = boiled and soaked to eat. Still walking for exercise. Bruising around the mouth and bruises have faded a lot. The 45-degree angle is clearly sharper. From the front, it’s still a U-line because of swelling. I hope the swelling goes down quickly and it becomes a V-line...please.. Please evaluate~~ thump thump..//
