I went for a consultation for alar correction surgery. I was told that because my nostrils show a lot, a surgery to lift them would be possible, but when I went for consultations at other hospitals, they said they had never done that kind of surgery and had not heard of it, so I found it a bit strange. Still, the doctor and consultant were basically kind and decent.
