I had surgery here around January 2019, and I used donated rib cartilage + septal cartilage + ear cartilage / silicone for the nasal bridge. I developed contracture (the surgery itself was not wrong; it was inflammatory contracture), so I went around to different hospitals looking into reconstruction, and every hospital I visited said the same things: 1. The hump was shaved down too much 2. The silicone starting point was too high 3. The silicone was too long (on the X-ray, it looked like the silicone in the bridge was inserted almost with the force to go all the way to the nasal tip) 4. The nasal bone had been lost (;;;)
If you like a flashy, noticeable nose, this place might suit you, but I wouldn’t recommend it. If the doctor had been skilled, my bone wouldn’t have been damaged.
