One-line summary - an experienced doctor with a very firm surgical style of their own. This attitude will be very polarizing. They have noses they do well, and even though the skin is thin, there is definitely no silicone show-through.
I'm the type who thinks that as long as the surgery is good, it doesn't matter what the doctor's personality is or how friendly the clinic is. That said, I did feel the front desk was a bit unfriendly.

I had a CT and consultation, and the amount of septal cartilage seemed sufficient, but because they weren't sure about its elasticity, they said donor rib might be needed to bring the tip down as much as I wanted. I was informed that this would incur an additional charge.
In the end I used donor rib and it came out to 2.7 million won. Still cheap, though.. On day 7 the splint and stitches were removed, and during the first two weeks I was like, no xx, this is my nose, cursing at it, but now I'm satisfied.
Raising the tip improved the nasolabial angle, and it seems the bridge was raised a lot too, but even with thin skin there is no silicone show-through.
The disappointing part is that the tip is a bit blunt, so from the front it isn't as pretty as it is from a slight side angle... but I guess that's unavoidable because I already had a bulbous nose.
They were giving me antibiotics, but they stabbed my arm several times, so it hurt like hell... It seemed like they hadn't been working there very long, but next time I'd like someone more experienced...
