I had revision nose surgery today

I wasn’t nervous at all, more than I expected, and it just felt like waking up after sleeping The reason I had revision surgery wasn’t dissatisfaction with the shape, but because in my surgery 10 years ago they put in long silicone all the way to the nasal tip (they didn’t use any cartilage at all in the nasal tip, only silicone) If it weren’t for that, I would have lived my whole life without revision... When getting the revision, I only asked them to make it as similar as possible to my current nose height. I like a natural nose that doesn’t look obvious, so naturally. I had surgery with plans to raise the nasal tip using septal cartilage + ear cartilage (used both ears..;;), but after the surgery was all done, the doctor came and said my septal cartilage was very weak and soft...? Then won’t it droop later Should I have used rib cartilage from the start.. But that’s too hard..... If the nasal tip is built with weak septal cartilage + ear cartilage, is there a high chance that the nasal tip will suddenly droop or bend later?
