I went for a consultation for revision eye surgery, and maybe because I had watched a lot of the director’s videos on YouTube before going, it felt a bit fascinating to meet him in person. I didn’t feel that he was unfriendly at all. Whenever I asked in detail about the surgical method I would be receiving, there were parts he didn’t explain, but it wasn’t because he found it bothersome. He said he felt very sorry that patients were instead having to study surgical methods, when those are things the doctor should think through and solve. At that point I thought, ah, this is the place. I already knew he had handled many extreme eye cases that other hospitals couldn’t do, so he had a lot of experience and skill. He said that for eye-related surgeries, especially revision ptosis correction, he could perform every surgical method, and when he said that, I definitely felt he had the pride to back it up. The consultation manager did not pressure me at all to pay a same-day reservation deposit, and the facility had newly relocated, so it was clean. I really liked it.
