Subfascial Motiva Day 7!

Today marks one week! I woke up this morning and there’s still a tiiiny bit of pain. Compared to when I opened my eyes on the morning of day 1, it’s improved so much it’s not even comparable.. Personally, I think the pain on days 2, 3, and 4 was just about the same, pretty much equal haha. Even until day 6, I kept waking up at dawn because I was uncomfortable, but once day 7 came, it suddenly got better. I only take off the bolero and upper band for 30 minutes and do cold compresses when the swelling gets so bad that the bra feels like it’s digging into my skin(?) and I feel like I’m going crazy from the itchiness. After doing cold compresses, the itching and pain got a lot better. Before surgery: 75A, slight pectus excavatum, severe asymmetry Surgical method: subfascial inframammary incision + thigh hybrid They said they removed 150 cc from each thigh, and 80 cc was grafted into each breast. Implants: Right - Motiva Demi 320, Left - Motiva Mini 230 I already trusted the director’s skill, and the person who did my dressing during aftercare was also super meticulous and kind! The consultant and the other staff were warm too, so when I went in for my progress check, my anxiety went down a lot. People who’ve had plastic surgery will know very well how important this is! The size difference was huge. It’s a 90 cc difference,,, Maybe because of that, the side with the Demi 320 has more swelling and pain, and it’s firmer compared to the left sideㅠ But like in the photos, the symmetry is totally well matched now! Washing my hair while bending at the waist is completely possible without overdoing it, and I was a bit busy so I worked on the computer from day 0, but there were no issues! But please, around days 3 to 5, don’t push yourself by trying to put on tight clothes and raising your arms, or walk your dogㅠ It was pain I did not want to know,, Thankfully, the pain has settled now, and the bruising and swelling are the same as the day before, so I think it was just that my muscles suddenly tensed and pressure was applied. Every time that flinching pain comes, my heart dropsㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ On day 2, I diligently did the stretches the hospital taught me, but around day 3, even lifting my arm just a little made my right nipple throb like crazy and hurt like it was being stabbed, so I can’t do the stretches, sob Up until day 4, I was so swollen that I wasn’t even thinking about breast shape or anything, only wondering when the pain would calm down, but now that it’s day 7, the shape is so pretty that I’m totally, completely satisfied! The thighs where the hybrid fat was removed also have almost no bruising, so if I wear slightly longer shorts, it’s not very visible! Oh, and for nipple patches, I recommend the remove-glue type 10 cm ones! My nipples are very assertive, and right now they hurt even if they just rub against something, so I can’t use just any nipple patch, but these ones are really good. They stay attached well, yep I went back to work from day 4, and although there aren’t many things that require strength, my job involves raising my arms and some physical contact with people, so I was worried, but thankfully it’s been going well without any major accidents! For day 7 care, they do hyperbaric oxygen and CAPS, but my ears hurt so much from the hyperbaric oxygen I got on day 2 that I said I’d only do CAPS! After getting it, maybe it’s just in my head, but it definitely feels a bit softer!! I’ll come back to update my review again next time
