Ah................... It's really been a long time since I came into this community, where I used to come in as often as I ate meals. I can hear message notifications, but the storage period has passed so I can't see them ^^ So I'm writing this to talk about various things. (My story is in the Q&A section.) To state the conclusion, it did not return to my old nose. It's close to my old nose, but the nose that had been spread out like a bulbous nose looks a bit more gathered. Since they shaved the nasal bone and the nose gathered, it became longer than before. I used to have a short bulbous-nose style. In conclusion, when I take photos, the proportions are actually better than before, but personally I haven't adjusted to it, so it feels awkward. I guess this awkwardness is something I just have no choice but to endure. I didn't see even one of my friends almost until summer. I had the removal in March, and April and May were really incredible........ My nose was red, the columella was red too, the sebum was terrible, and what I truly couldn't bear was pig nose ........... only the nostrils showed. I cried every day. Oh, and one of my nostrils had collapsed and turned dark after removal... Because of that, I almost bit my tongue at the hospital, but then the doctor said this would 100% unfold and the color would come back, so I decided to wait just one month and then decide whether to die or live. Around one month, it had unfolded 70%, and after three months, it came back 98%. If the shape collapses after removal, of course it's extremely hard, but I think it's right to just leave it alone. If you leave it alone, most of it comes back to some extent, but if you can't endure that and touch it during that period, I think it's the same as crossing a river you can't come back from. (This is also the conclusion I reached after reading almost all the removal reviews in this community -_-;.) Of course, I really thought a lot about whether dying would be less hard. But after hitting rock bottom, it gradually gets better. Around July, I thought, at this level... I can at least go out. So I met friends, and out of 3 people only 1 noticed that something had changed, and the other 2 didn't even know. lol.. Phew.. That's how my mental state recovered more slowly than my nose. Now it almost never gets red. When I'm tired, it gets red sometimes, but by the next day it's okay. The sebum was so bad that makeup wouldn't go on, but as August started, makeup began to sit on my skin. (Sebum is worse than before. I guess this can't be helped either.) Ah. And the nose pain.. My nose hurt often until about four months.. ㅜ It felt cold, stiff, and tight.. so it was hard. Now it's much better. If it hurt 10 times before, now it's about 2 or 3 times? It still hurts occasionally, but since the trend is improvement, I'm watching and waiting. Conclusion > Redness of the nose almost resolved > Pain almost resolved > Shape has not completely returned, but other people don't really notice (But my nostrils became uneven ㅜ ) > If you shave down a hump, there is definitely a shape change after removal It's only a difference in degree. For me, it's tolerable enough. > I have thick, oily skin, but my nose did not get bigger after removal > Very hard until three months after removal. Strengthen your mind so you don't mentally collapse. > Rhinoplasty is exhausting... really exhausting..
