The hospital lobby was chaotic. I could hear the managers whispering among themselves. There were many reviews saying the director’s voice was too quiet, so I went in somewhat aware of it, but it was even quieter than I expected. Maybe because he came after surgery, the wait was a bit long. He did explain well by drawing pictures. If the patient has something they want, I think he would reflect those needs.
