How does everyone do their online research..?! I hope this helps even a little in this sea of information!! I went to ㅇㅈ and ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ, which are mentioned as clinics that pursue safety and a natural look. 1. ㅇㅈ - They try to match your needs as much as possible. If you want no implant, they use autologous dermis or costal cartilage for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. - Aftercare/revision coverage is 3 years. - They don’t take a CT scan, and the doctor didn’t even touch my nose. In other reviews, people said they did virtual simulation, but I didn’t really get thatㅠ All they did was draw a few lines with a pen on a tablet to show it could be raised to about this level. - The director’s consultation was detailed, and they were kind. - Since it’s my first surgery, they said the price would be high if autologous dermis is harvested... The quoted price I received was extremely expensive. 2. ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ - The price is the same for implant/no implant. - The director’s strengths are being conservative and safety-focused. They said that if I don’t use an implant, there won’t be a dramatic effect. Even so, they were conservative enough to ask whether I would be satisfied with these small changes, and if not, whether I really needed to have surgery at all, so I actually liked that. I saw comments saying they were unfriendly, but to me they were very kind and detailed. Rather than bringing in a photo of the nose you want, I think it would be good to clearly know what shortcomings you want to improve and tell them those points.

요리오이 May I ask what shape your original nose was??
hennni [@요리오이] It’s a typical bulbous nose. The nasal bridge is low, and the nostril wings are wide!
고수니 ㅇㄷ ㅇㅇㅇ I did mine here too, 2 years ago~!
sjrnfl00 I was a bit worried too because people said Director Yoo Won-il was scary, but I was surprised because he was so kind!! When I went, the consultant was also really kind.
피스타치오봉봉 Oh, this is so helpful. What other natural-looking places are you considering..?

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 I got non-open Angel Nose at Nana and wrote a review
My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Leaving a review of my autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty~
During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
