When a complete stranger looks at my side profile, does it look like I had plastic surgery? I didn't do the bridge; I only raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage (nasal bridge osteotomy) I didn't want it to look obvious, so I asked them to make it natural, but even if the swelling goes down and it drops, there is a limit I roughly drew a line, and I wish it would just slope down smoothly like that, but is it unreasonable to expect that much? (It looks higher in person than in the photo)
