When people have revision surgery, they often do it using either skin excision or the double-line technique, right? And usually they choose one method. But do they ever combine the two methods? Not separately like doing the double-line technique on the left and skin excision on the right. For example, have you ever heard of partially combining the double-line technique and skin excision on one eye?
아머리아퍼 They do combine them sometimes. If the scar is severe, excision may be included too, and sometimes they do the double-line technique for the front part of the line and then switch to excision from the middle. Also, it depends on the doctor, but even when doing the double-line technique, they may cut some skin within the possible range because of reasons like the risk of overlapping creases.

At one place, I understood it as doing excision on one side and the double-line technique on the other, but when I thought back over it, it seemed like they were going to combine them on one side. But most clinics said I had enough extra skin and that the double-line technique would leave a scar, so just excision surgery would be fine ^.ㅠ Clinics are so hard to figure out
so02 I’ve been told in a consultation that since the front part of the line doesn’t need to be lowered much, they would do excision there, and do the double-line technique on the back part of the line!
