After my first nose surgery, my nostrils were uneven, the shape wasn’t pretty, and over time it even started to feel like my nose was getting blocked, so I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at Fresh! I really didn’t like the result after my first surgery, so I had it redone, and the nostrils that used to be uneven are now well-balanced, and I’m satisfied with the shape too hehe The director at Fresh made the nose line and shape suit me really well. I think it also harmonizes well with my face. I like that my image feels natural but also more defined! Now that it’s been four months, a lot of the swelling has gone down, so the nasal tip has become slimmer, and as time passes and it settles more, I feel like it’s getting even prettier. I just hope it stays well-maintained like this... hehe
