For the nasal tip, I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, I had the hump removed and used implant-free autologous dermis,,! It’s already been three months since the surgery,, time really flies! After my implant-free rhinoplasty, I’ve been living happily every single day haha. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I was really worried, but now it’s so comfortable that I can barely tell I even had surgery! Now that it’s been three months, my nose doesn’t feel tight when I smile, I can lie face down, and I wear sunglasses just fine haha. My nose became so naturally and beautifully higher that I’m so satisfied every time I take photos. I keep thinking, why did I only get rhinoplasty now? lololololol It’s just a subtle difference, but it changed to look elegant and naturally glamorous, so I hear that I’m pretty so much ㅠㅠ For those considering nose surgery,, one of the best things I’ve done in my life was getting implant-free rhinoplasty at Obli,, especially if you’re thinking about implant-free surgery, seriously don’t hesitate and just go for it.
