It has been 2 weeks since I had square jaw surgery with Director Park Jong-rim at the clinic! At some point, the angular jawline below my ears started bothering me a lot.. I also have slightly prominent side cheekbones, so I had been getting jaw Botox regularly, but there was no major improvement. My square jaw tends to look especially noticeable from a 45-degree side angle, and since I usually take a lot of photos, I wanted to improve these points, so I decided to get facial contouring for my square jaw. Among the many clinics out there, the reason I chose Director Park Jong-rim was because he places the greatest importance on safety! I aim for a natural look, and I liked that his aesthetic sense matched well with mine. Most of all, I chose him because I trusted his long experience and the large number of surgeries he has performed. So for people like me who want a natural look and consider safety important, I think it would be good to have a consultation at the clinic! Now, 2 weeks after surgery, I still have a little swelling, but even so, I can see that my facial line has become smoother, so I am satisfied haha. Actually, I told the director to make it as natural as possible, and after reflecting his opinion, I did not have cortical bone shaving, but the line still looks refined and the effect is clear. Even though I still have swelling, I have also been told that it looks like I lost weight! I was never the type to swell a lot after surgery, so I was able to go out and resume daily life from the next day. Right after waking up from anesthesia, the only hard parts were a sore throat and feeling weak, and honestly I was surprised because everything else was so fine haha. Then after about three or four hours, I could go to the bathroom by myself and felt well enough to make phone calls. There was no difficulty at all with daily life! I have been diligently wearing the facial compression band I received from the clinic, and I also gargle once every 2 hours, and now I have gotten somewhat used to it. I am still only eating soft foods, but I want to get the stitches removed quickly and eat regular food haha~~ Since facial contouring is a major surgery, I was worried until right before doing it, but this has been such a satisfying 2-week review that I even think I should have done it sooner! Even though I had it done naturally, the before-and-after effect is clear, so I think other people would also be very satisfied! I am so grateful to Director Park Jong-rim for performing the surgery well just as I wanted. Then I will come back to write another review next time!
