Because of my upper arm fat, I always felt hesitant to wear short sleeves or sleeveless tops. It was an area that didn’t slim down well even with exercise, so after worrying about it, I eventually got liposuction. Right after the procedure, there was some swelling and bruising, but it didn’t hurt as much as I expected. I kept wearing the compression garment and managed it, and from around 2 weeks, the line slowly started to show. After a month, I could really feel that the fat on my upper arms had decreased, and I felt good because the fit of my clothes changed. My whole arms feel thinner, so I no longer need to hide my arms when taking photos. It’s not weight loss but direct fat removal, so the effect is definite and lasts long. I’m so satisfied that the time I spent worrying feels like a waste.
