Almond review from a community

First, when I went, there wasn’t much of a wait. I had the consultation with the consultant right after going in, then waited about 10 minutes and had the consultation with the doctor. I originally already have double eyelids, and I got the consultation because I wanted to make the line higher. They said that since my eyes themselves have multiple eyelid folds, non-incisional buried sutures would be difficult and only an incisional method would be possible. Also, because my eyes slightly cover the pupils, they said if I did dual canthoplasty, I could end up with sanpaku eyes. So they didn’t really recommend canthoplasty, and if I were going to do something, they recommended fat repositioning and ptosis correction. It didn’t really feel like the doctor had their own aesthetic standard; it seemed like they just suggested possible directions tailored to each patient’s eyes. I went because I heard there wasn’t much swelling and that they were famous for canthoplasty, but I didn’t particularly feel like I wanted to do it here. I wanted to find a place that had confidence in its own surgery, but here they adjust things to the patient, so if that’s what you want, I’d recommend getting a consultation once.
