I’m really torn over whether I should use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. This will be my 3rd surgery ㅠㅠ The first time, I only used septal cartilage, and the next time I used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. I’m satisfied with the shape, but as it entered the absorption phase, the external appearance still looks okay shape-wise, but should I say the nasal support structure collapsed.? So my nostrils became uneven. From underneath, the support structure looks bent. It’s been a little over a year, and when I went back to that clinic for a consultation, they said they’d do an AS revision, but I’m so torn over whether to use donated cartilage or my own cartilage…
EstreIIa When I go for a consultation this time, I’m going to ask carefully, but with autologous costal cartilage, I’m worried about the scar again ㅠ
mjhie Then wouldn’t autologous costal cartilage be better? I did use donated costal cartilage at a clinic, but it was my first surgery and I was worried about the scar from autologous costal cartilage, so that’s why I chose it. If you’ve had your nose opened 3 times and are worried because of drooping, I think I’d use a stronger material. Different materials suit different people, so think it over carefully.
숑숑미인 It did seem like most revision surgeries use autologous costal cartilage..
가나디레몬 It’s your 3rd revision, and if you still haven’t used autologous costal cartilage and can use it, then of course! I think I’d use autologous costal cartilage..!
윤짱짱 I had revision surgery at a clinic using autologous costal cartilage, and it’s sturdy, and I finally like the shape now.. I think it’s really important for the nasal tip to stay firm and maintain its shape wellㅠㅠ
배불러 Most revision surgeries do use autologous costal cartilage, but ask when you go for the consultation.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
