I never want to lie on an operating table again… hahahaha A few years after my first rhinoplasty, it seemed like my nose was becoming contracted, so I found a clinic through a friend's recommendation, and they said it was definitely an inflamed nose and contracted nose, and that the nasal tip was curling and lifting upward The nasal tip was also deviated and the columella area had weakened too ㅜ It was almost an extreme nose case I looked into a few more clinics, but this was also the clinic where my friend had a successful revision, and since it was a private clinic, not a factory-style clinic, they gave consultations thoroughly for one or two hours, so I booked surgery right away The materials used were a customized implant + autologous costal cartilage + septal cartilage, and I wanted a slim but natural-looking nose Something moderately high and moderately like my own nose.. (the hardest thing) hahahaha I was really nervous because I truly did not want a second revision surgery, but thankfully I think the result came out exactly to my needs I'll drop my one-month and two-month photos
