Incisional double eyelid + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty (lowering the outer eye corner…

I had it done on 5/16. After waking up from anesthesia, I was half-asleep and dazed I didn't hear any of the precautions and ended up being admitted. I stayed in the hospital for two days and have been continuing cold compresses, but the swelling isn't going down. They said it swells a lot for 2-3 days, and it really is very swollen. It covers half of my dark iris ;; They said it's because I had the entire eye area done. It looks like my eyes after crying. The line was set well and it seems it will turn out pretty, said an older acquaintance who works at a plastic surgery clinic. My eyes didn't need epicanthoplasty, but I got greedy and did it. Conjunctival edema has come up, so even my eyeballs are red. I'm putting in eye drops. It's been 3 days, and I heard that practicing opening the eyes from now helps the swelling go down faster. Is it okay to do it? After about a month, will much of the swelling go down and become natural? I also wanted to get under-eye aegyo filler, but I'm worried it will swell even more and affect my eyes, so once the swelling goes down a little, I'm planning to go get under-eye aegyo filler.
