I’m planning to get revision surgery because my nose looks pinched... I’m not sure if it became pinched because septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used in my first surgery, or if the silicone was done wrong. For the revision, I’m thinking of using costal cartilage for the material and trying a custom implant for the nasal bridge. I keep seeing Innofit a lot? When I search, Rococo, Jeongwon, and GNG come up a lot, but I don’t know which place is actually good, so if anyone has tried Innofit, please recommend the hospital and the director together. Please recommend places that do a lot of custom implants.. And if you know the cost, please share it. Since it’s a revision, it’ll probably be over 7 million won, right..?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
